Selene Worrall

Selene is an experienced HR professional having worked within both private and public sector organisations. Her career to date has predominantly been within the financial services sector, where she has lead on many large scale initiatives such as the introduction of the first European Employee Forum into the Lloyds Banking Group. She also has experience of large mergers such as that between Lloyds Bank with TSB. Selene has worked on large scale change programmes within NHS organisations and Police forces, where she has provided project management and sound employee relations advice. As well as her Business Partnering experience, Selene has held strategic and operational roles within Training and Development having developed corporate management development programmes and bespoke programmes for teams and individuals where she has also utilised the outdoors to achieve business and personal goals. Whilst working as an HR Consultant, Selene delivered Leadership programmes to organisations such as NCR and T-Mobile (now EE). She is also an accredited MBTI practitioner. Selene's experience of process improvement using Lean methodology enables organisations to remove wasteful activity to improve efficiency and added value.
